World Photo Day – My favourite places

I’ve been fortunate enough to travel all over the world, have some amazing experiences and take some great photos. In celebration of world photo day, I thought I’d share some of my favourite views from around the world.

1. The Grand Mosque, Muscat

Muscat’s Grand Mosque is a stunning building which is incredibly calm and peaceful, especially if you go early.

2. Hawa Mahal, Jaipur

The Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds), was built to enable Royal ladies to see what was happening outside without being seen themselves.

 

3. Hoher Dachstein, Austria

Hoher Dachstein is a mountain in Austria with plenty to explore. The cable car has a roof top viewing platform and once you reach the summit you can explore the ice palace, stairway to nothingness and the suspension bridge.

4. Winnats Pass, Derbyshire

Winnats PassWinnats Pass is a striking striking limestone gorge on the outskirts of the Peak District village of Castleton.

5. Statue of Liberty, New York Cityliberty

This pic was taken at sunset from the Harbour Lights Cruise. If you’re planning a trip to New York, I highly recommend this cruise.
